Billing
If you have insurance,
all insurance claims for your surgery will be forwarded to your
primary insurance company and then to your secondary insurance
company, if applicable.
If you have no insurance then payment will
be made directly to the Provider.
There will be three (3) bills or insurance
claims generated for your surgery.
- Facility Fee from the Surgery Center
- Professional Fee from your Surgeon
- Anesthesia Fee from the Anesthesia Providers
