Billing
There will be three (3) bills or insurance
claims generated for your surgery.
- Facility Fee from the Surgery Center
- Professional Fee from your Surgeon
- Anesthesia Fee from the Anesthesia Providers
If you have any questions regarding your
bill or insurance claims please call the following numbers:
- Call Claudia/Shannon for eligibility and copay information,

- Call
Jessica at 315-414-2238 for the Surgery Center bill.
- Call your doctor’s office for the Surgeon’s professional bill.
- Call
315-422-6705 at the billing office for Syracuse Anesthesia & Pain Management for
your anesthesia bill.
If you have no insurance then payment for services rendered will be due the day of the surgery.
If you feel you have a financial hardship, contact your doctor for financial alternatives.
